Requirements for Enrollment
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D
2. Social Security number
3. Valid state ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID, birth certificate)
Academic Standard and Requirements
Students must be in good academic standards, maintaining a 75% or higher (GPA) grade point average.
A. Theory (lessons in review, self tests, quizzes, tests and examinations) and particle work (manikin and clinical) are graded as follows:
Grading Scale
93%-100% Excellent
86%-92% Good
78%-85% Average
70%-77% Below Average
Below 70% Unsatisfactory
I Incomplete
B. Clinical (customers and models) are graded on the following criteria:
C = Creativity - the ability to create
W= Workmanship - Accomplish skillfully
P = Public Relations and Attitude - Customer and self evaluation
Grading Scale
A - Excellent 93%-100%
B - Good 86%-92%
C - Average 78%-85%
D - Poor 70%-77%
U - Unsatisfactory (Below 70%)
